At Daylyte, we want trying our drinks to feel easy and low-pressure. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to handle it fairly and quickly.
Below is how refunds and returns work across our products.
The First Sip Promise
If you’re a first-time customer and Daylyte isn’t for you, we offer a simple promise.
Love your first can or we’ll refund the 4-pack.
This applies when:
It’s your first order with Daylyte
The product is a 4-pack
You contact us within 14 days of delivery
Limitations:
One 4-pack per customer
No returns required
To request a refund under the First Sip Promise, email us at

Refunds on Other Products
For all other Daylyte products (including larger packs or repeat orders), refunds are handled as follows:
Eligible for a refund
Items that arrive damaged or faulty
Orders that are incorrect or incomplete
Issues reported within 14 days of delivery
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund — but we’ll always discuss this with you first.
Non-Refundable Items
We’re unable to offer refunds for:
Opened or consumed products outside of the First Sip Promise
Orders placed incorrectly (for example, wrong flavour or quantity selected)
Requests made after 14 days from delivery
This helps us keep pricing fair for everyone.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once approved:
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
You’ll receive confirmation by email
Funds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
