Per 330ml can (% RDA from the nutritional panel on pack): both Hydrate and Glow provide Vitamin C at 361% RDA, plus electrolytes Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium. Hydrate adds Vitamin B12 (58% RDA), Vitamin B2 (34% RDA) and Vitamin D (24% RDA). Glow adds Vitamin B6 (36% RDA), Vitamin E (20% RDA) and Zinc (51% RDA), plus 2,000mg hydrolysed collagen and 50mg hyaluronic acid. Full nutritional values are printed on the back of each can.
