Glow vs Hydrate: which Daylyte is right for you?

Both are zero-sugar Daylyte cans. The difference is what's added — here's how to choose between Hydrate and Glow.

Daylyte comes in two everyday variants — Hydrate and Glow. Same clean base, two different jobs. Here's how to pick the one that fits your day (or why you might want both).

What they share

Both are still water, zero sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no caffeine, at 10 kcal per 330ml can. Both carry light electrolytes (potassium, magnesium) and key vitamins. The difference is what's added on top.

Hydrate — everyday energy & focus

Hydrate is the all-rounder for normal days. Per can it carries potassium and magnesium plus Vitamin C, Vitamin D and B-vitamins (B2 and B12), which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. It's vegan, and made for desk days, commutes and the 3pm slump.

Glow — skin from within

Glow has everything in Hydrate, plus 2000mg of hydrolysed collagen and 50mg of hyaluronic acid for a skin-focused daily routine. Vitamin C supports normal collagen formation. One note: Glow contains bovine collagen, so it isn't vegan.

How to choose (the everyday version)

  • Want one simple daily drink for energy and hydration? Hydrate.
  • Care about skin and want collagen without another pill or powder? Glow.
  • Can't decide? That's most people — so we made the Mixed Box.

Still unsure? Try both

The Mixed Box is 2 Hydrate + 2 Glow, so you can find your favourite without committing to one. Most people end up keeping both in rotation — Hydrate through the work day, Glow as their skin routine.

FAQ

Can I drink both in a day? Yes — they're designed for daily use. Many people have Hydrate in the day and Glow as their skin habit.

Is Glow worth it over Hydrate? If skin is a goal, the collagen + hyaluronic acid are the reason to choose Glow. If not, Hydrate covers everyday energy and hydration.

Is either vegan? Hydrate is vegan. Glow contains bovine collagen, so it isn't.
